Campanula ‘Blue Eyed Blonde’ PPAF

A breeding breakthrough from Terra Nova Nurseries, this new Peach-leaved Bellflower is comprised of astonishing gold foliage. Large papery bells of deep blue enhance its vertical stems, which arise from its spreading mat of leaves in summer. Flamboyant Campanula ‘Blue Eyed Blonde’ has more intense flower colour, and more vigour, than C. ‘Kelly’s Gold.’

Uses

Use this lovely Bellflower as an accent in the border or rock garden. Appealing to hummingbirds.

Cultivation

Prefers full sun, in moist, well-drained soil. Divide clumps in fall every 3-4 years. Remove spent flowers to encourage bloom. No serious insect or disease problems. Not likely to be appealing to deer.
