Iris sibirica ‘Contrast in Styles’

Iris ‘Contrast in Styles’ forms a tidy, upright clump of slender, blue-green foliage that remains attractive all season. In early summer, elegant stems carry wide flaring blooms with wine-red standards and falls, light blue styles, and with a blue halo around the white signal blaze. Award winning Iris ‘Contrast in Styles’ is easy and reliable throughout the entire season.

Uses

Use as a specimen or massed in the border, in the open woodland garden, in meadows, or near wet areas such as streams and ponds. Cut for floral arrangements.

Cultivation

Thrives in full sun to part shade, preferring rich moist soil, although tolerant of both wet and dry soil once established. Not usually bothered by pests or diseases, nor relished by deer.
